 Freight Invoice Auditing: Our auditors will to check your freight invoices to assure that they are billed correctly.  Many Accounts Payable departments lack the resources or knowledge of transportation terminology and are therefore unable to decipher freight invoices properly.  Our staff is knowledgeable and able to check your freight bills to ensure you are being billed properly

 Packaging: How your product is packaged is one of the best ways to help reduce damages.  Whether your goods are packed in cartons or packed on skids, proper measures should be taken to ensure your goods arrive without hidden or visible damage.  The staff of HayesTran can help you in choosing proper containers for shipping your product. 

 Methods of shipping: Our knowledge of methods of shipping give us an insight of how best to help you tailor your processes and procedures.  We are experienced with ground, air, ocean and inter-modal transports.  We can assist with completing Bills of Lading, Ocean Freight Invoices, plus air bills and small package designs.

   Ride Along / Tag Along Services:  Do you ever wonder how your drivers are performing?  Our Quality Carrier Program offers driver evaluations, based upon feedback from customers plus our own observations.  We can ride along with your driver or follow the driver during their routes.
