Hayes Transportation & Logistics, LLC

The idea for Hayes Logistics (HayesTran) came to me nearly 9 years ago. During that time, I was working as a Logistics Specialist for a Fortune 500 Company.  It was there where I realized that a truly customer focused logistics operation could potentially save a business money with supply chain issues. 

I began working from my home, using the kitchen table as my desk while utilizng my refurbished laptop computer to compile data for company transactions.  I'm proud to state that our very first client is still a loyal customer.  I'm feel blessed in stating that we've outgrown using the kitchen as our office.  We now have office space and new location.  Our growth is attributed to our loyal customer base and our willingness to serve our customers well.

At Hayes Logistics our purpose is to help you manage you transportaion supply chain better.  We strive to ensure that your experience with the process is a pleasant one.  

Who we are

Our founder and president, Learmond "Buddy" Hayes, began his work in transportation in 1974. During his time within the transportation field his ideas and work has been recognized by customers, clients and trade organizations. 

His work within the community has also been a great source of pride to the company.  He serves as a volunteer coach, mentor and tutor to many youth in the area.  He annually dresses to play the role of Santa Claus for hundreds of children each Christmas season, dispensing candy and joy the many who attend the holiday celebrations.  

Mr. Hayes is a past and proud winner of Transportation and Distribution magazine's "Excellence in Logistics" award.
